Terms & Pre-Order Policy

1. Pre-Order & Reservation Terms

The total retail price for the Nati Visions Planter Tower (Item No. 1448) is $98.00 AUD (inclusive of GST). To secure an allocation from an incoming shipment batch:

• A holding deposit of $20.00 AUD per tower secures your reservation after availability has been confirmed.
• Deposit transfer: BSB 633-000, account 251526950. Do not transfer until David confirms your allocation.
• The balance of $78.00 AUD is payable prior to collection.
• Cancellation & Refund: Your deposit is refundable at any time prior to collection upon email request to support@nativisions.com.

2. Collection

Planter Towers are collected from Lifestyle Furniture, Essendon. Nati Visions confirms availability before requesting the deposit. After the deposit has been received, we will contact you directly to arrange collection. Delivery is not currently offered.

3. Product Specifications & Design

The Nati Visions Planter Tower is designed in Natimuk, Victoria (97 Main St, Natimuk VIC 3409). Official specifications:

• Assembled Height: 1290 mm
• Base Diameter: 450 mm (45 cm footprint)
• Potting Mix Required: Approximately 90 Litres
• Growing Pockets: 12 planting pockets across 4 interlocking tiers
• Material: High-density, food-grade UV-stabilised polypropylene

4. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
